Support the delivery of change activities within the change strategy/plan, such as the Detailed Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Journey Mapping, Process Mapping, Business Readiness, Collateral Analysis, Workshop Facilitation and more.
• Support the identification and engagement of stakeholders who will be impacted by the change. • Build relationships and support change networks.
• Develop communication and engagement materials including written, visual, and video artefacts.
• Develop training needs analysis and training artefacts
• Lead training and facilitate workshops
• Learn, share, and help implement potential improvements in line with Swinburne’s continual improvement commitment
• Contribute and support the change capability uplift for Swinburne University.
