Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Leader to join our team as India Delivery Head – Digital.

  • Experience in leading and managing large delivery teams (Team size of 150)
  • Ability and capability to pull the proposal for an RFP / opportunity (scope, solution, estimates, plan, risks, assumptions) ( < 500 k)
  • Ability to pull together technical solution / review the same for medium complex sites( <500k)
  • People management and team building
  • Ability to track P&L of business unit (10-15 Mn)
  • Ability to do a Salesforce out of box demo with medium complex configurations ( < 500 k)
  • Ability to grow and scale business (100% growth for next two years)
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Provide effective delivery governance across multiple projects and programs.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage chapter level budget and profit margins to ensure the profitability.
  • Ability to deliver chapter and company level KPIs.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 20+ years managing IT projects, preferably experience in Salesforce implementation.
  • Experience working in a waterfall, agile or hybrid project delivery model.
  • Experience leading teams spread across geographies.
  • Experience in managing and growing accounts.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of wider Salesforce Eco-system (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Not for Profit Success Pack, Industry Cloud)
  • Knowledge of Web / Mobile technologies and project deliveries
