Job Description
- Experience in ERP administration in a manufacturing setting and with SQL database administration.
- Bachelors’ or higher degree in a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in multiple ERP system especially Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent knowledge of ERP\MRP applications and how they work for functional areas such as Finance, Order Management, Engineer to Order, Warehouse/Inventory and Reporting.
- Ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience
- Should have good presentation skills.
- Should be able to analyse business problems faced by the client and suggest solutions for the problems.
- Ability to go into details, and extract very specific details regarding functional requirements.
- Designs new business workflows by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to work with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, design and implement business processes in an ERP application platform.
- Basic Project Management skills that demonstrate your ability to build, manage and execute upon a plan – both in terms of self-management as well as working with small process improvement teams.
- Knowledge in preparing Functional, Business and System Requirement Specification documentation including wireframes using prototyping or wireframing tools are important.
- Capability to interface with Software Development, Quality Control / Testing, UI design teams to cover all aspects in the Requirement Specification Documentation.
- Experience in preparation of Business Scenario Test Cases and actual manual testing of business applications.
- Should be able to perform the User Acceptance testing assistance.
- Provide presales presentation, demo to the potential prospectus. Must have good sales pitch for the presales support.
- Experience in developing user documentation, providing business support and in training users.
