Group Brand Manager

Job Description

The Group Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand strategy for all brands under Centelon Group, including the parent brand. This person is expected to be both hands-on in terms of individual deliverables, as well as manage and direct the work of junior brand managers who will manage individual brands.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and resonates with the target audience.
  2. Brand Positioning: Define and maintain our brands’ unique value proposition, ensuring consistency in messaging and perception across all marketing channels.
  3. Brand Guidelines: Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual and verbal brand representation.
  4. Market Research: Be aware of industry trends, customer needs, and competitors’ strategies, and use these insights to refine brand strategies.
  5. Content and Messaging: Oversee the development of compelling and engaging content that communicates the brand’s vision, mission, and value to clients and partners.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with BU leadership, product, sales, and other marketing teams to integrate brand strategies into their initiatives and ensure a unified brand presence. Be the primary liaison with product and service line owners from marketing function.
  7. Advertising and Promotion: Ideate advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and generate demand.
  8. Event Management: Identify industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen the brand’s presence.
  9. Budget Management: Manage the brand department’s budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  10. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of brand professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree from a tier 1 institute in business / marketing
  2. 10+ years of work experience in B2B technology firms
  3. Deep understanding of global technology trends and technology buyers
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  5. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  6. Creative and strategic thinking, with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising platforms.
  8. Ability to lead and manage a team.
