Junior Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • Utilize applications such as MS Excel, MS Power Point to generate metrics and develop actionable recommendations
  • Change Management / New requirements of client Understanding the client’s needs and objectives
  • Coming up with proposed technical or business solutions to meet client needs
  • Writing business requirements and proposed solutions
  • Interacting with the development team to explain them the new requirement
  • Helping / preparing release notes / user manual of the new features developed
  • Preparing process flows, wire frames & mock-ups
  • Identify & document Gap Analysis
  • Review of Test artifacts and validation of test results to ensure it meets the client’s objectives
  • Show case of upgraded / developed functionality to business stakeholders
  • Client Interaction (Training and Implementation and other solutions)
  • Provide Training to clients about how to use the solution and get the desired output. (Onsite and Offsite)
  • Helping configure the system to generate rules and alerts.
  • Provide support to engagement teams or management by collecting and analysing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users/client teams.
