Job Description:
- Utilize applications such as MS Excel, MS Power Point to generate metrics and develop actionable recommendations
- Change Management / New requirements of client Understanding the client’s needs and objectives
- Coming up with proposed technical or business solutions to meet client needs
- Writing business requirements and proposed solutions
- Interacting with the development team to explain them the new requirement
- Helping / preparing release notes / user manual of the new features developed
- Preparing process flows, wire frames & mock-ups
- Identify & document Gap Analysis
- Review of Test artifacts and validation of test results to ensure it meets the client’s objectives
- Show case of upgraded / developed functionality to business stakeholders
- Client Interaction (Training and Implementation and other solutions)
- Provide Training to clients about how to use the solution and get the desired output. (Onsite and Offsite)
- Helping configure the system to generate rules and alerts.
- Provide support to engagement teams or management by collecting and analysing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users/client teams.
