Roles & Responsbilities
Integration of various third party applications (like Facebook connectors, Google forms and various telephony connectors etc.) with CRM Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with CRM Configuration/Integration of API with Clients websites (WordPress/PHP/HTML) Building reusable code and libraries for future use Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability Perform UI tests to optimize performance Collaborate with CRM technical support team for any development and changes that clients required Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging Provide training, help and support to other team members Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future CRM custom feature development
