Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to manage financial records, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Proforma P&L (Profit & Loss) for company.
- Monthly MIS reporting for company.
- Variance check of Revenue, Salary, and other costs
- Transfer Pricing & Calculation, Services True P&L, KPI & YTD metrics, and Balance Sheet Analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in financial audits.
- Financial Transactions & Processing
- Supplier Invoice Processing
- Updating customer payments received.
- Purchase Order Preparation
- Overdue Invoices Data Management
- Payroll & Compliance
- Salary Forecasting
- Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Statutory Reports (Provident Fund / Labour Welfare Fund / Professional Tax)
- Income Tax Proof Audit
- Banking & Payments
- Uploading Payments to Bank
- Salary, Claims, Compliance, and Vendor Payments Review
- Claims & Transfers
- Financial Validation for Claims
- Claims Processing
- Review of Transfer Requirements
- International Operations
- International Travel, Forex, Travel Insurance, and Visa
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance.
- Professional certification (CA/CPA/CMA) is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software(s)
- Strong knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
