Job Description
· Min Exp of 5 years of experience in a similar sized organization, out of which 2 projects should be on either Salesforce / Workforce Management / Payroll / Automation. Min 1 project must be for an international client.
· Handle Prototyping, SQL queries, Process flows, Estimations, User Stories, Presentations
· Construct data mapping specifications between different systems that are built on different platforms.
· Responsible for evaluating the existing systems functionality, business procedures and work practices and perform gap analysis between current and desired state.
· Prepare system mappings documents and interface design to optimize the system integration touchpoints
· Recommend modifications, additional integration components or new systems to meet the requirements as mentioned in agile methodology documents.
· Analyze raw data coming from external systems and check for errors / exception handling methods by internal systems for such data
· Play Analyst role in the UAT phases to investigate the root causes of the defects, system inefficiencies, evaluate among possible technical / functional solutions and suggest the optimal combination of system / business process design change.
· Demonstrating existing and newly built functionalities to internal stakeholders and benchmarking them against industry standards.
·Aware of BABoK methodologies and /or certified as a BA
· Aware of AI and its use cases for Business Analysis / Product development
