Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central for clients.
- Work closely with senior consultants and work for clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Provide support in setting up Business Central modules, including financials, sales, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Participate in data migration activities and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Document business processes and create user manuals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Domain knowledge in Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing will be an advantage
Mandatory Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (Exam MB-800).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data migration tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Understanding of .net framework will be a plus.
