Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with CAL/AL, integrations, C#, .NET, SQL, and MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Architecture and Design:
    • Design and architect robust Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
    • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
    • Create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions integrating with other enterprise systems.
  1. Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership to development teams.
    • Ensure adherence to design principles, coding standards, and project timelines.
    • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 Business Central technologies.
  1. Integration and Customization:
    • Lead the design and development of custom integrations with external systems.
    • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
    • Design and implement data migration strategies.
  1. Development and Implementation:
    • Develop custom solutions using CAL/AL, C#, and .NET.
    • Implement and optimize SQL and MySQL databases.
    • Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
  1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
    • Translate requirements into technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proficiency in CAL/AL, C#, .NET, SQL, and MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 SDK and Azure services.
  • Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • Experience with ERP implementations and customizations.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
