Summary: We are seeking a proficient and motivated Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and timely delivery of product features for the projects. This will include developing project plans, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager should have a strong understanding of product development principles and methodologies, as well as experience managing complex projects. Candidates having prior exposure to the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) and Alternative Investment Fund industry, as well as a knowledge of the lending process will be a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans that align with business goals and objectives
- Manage budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise product implementation
- Strong understanding of the nuance of enterprise product implementation
- Experience managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Technical knowledge of the products or services being developed
- Experience with agile development methodologies
