1. Are not working on cutting-edge technologies but are good at any programing language they work on. 2. Want to change their skillset to our product stack aka. Angular, Java, Spring Boot.
3. Are willing to take an effort to learn the new technology.
4. Have the same mindset and attitude as the Finnate Product Team.
5. Have Long term view and look at Long term commitment.
6. Have reasonable salary expectations.
